Can't say I know your best buddy here in St. Catharines... Skinner, you say? Who knows, I may have met her but didn't get her last name...
She and I are already within 6 degrees of separation because of you... maybe even less - who knows?!
This is a surprisingly small town. Where would I bump into her? Does she belong to NAC (Niagara's Artists' Company) or hang anywhere else us folk would go?
